Check your current pricing plan

To check your current billing plan, from the main Spotlight screen open the Settings menu then choose Billing.  Your current subscription information appears.

Start a trial

If you want to trial a product that you don't currently have access to, you can do this from within the billing options.

  1. From the main Spotlight screen, open the Practice Settings menu then choose Billing.
  2. Click the product you would like to trial, then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

All trials last for 14 days,  To subscribe after your trial ends, open the Billing option as above and click Subscribe Now, then enter your billing details.

Change a pricing plan

If you want to change your pricing plan, you need to contact us.  

  1. From the main Spotlight screen click Help, then click Raise Support Query.
  2. In the query box, enter the details of your request to change your pricing plan.

It may take up to 24 hours before your request is actioned. Our team will let you know once the change is complete.


Update your billing information

To update your billing information, you need to contact us.

  1. From the main Spotlight screen click Practice Settings, then click Billing.
  2. Click Update Billing Details.

Note: You must be an Admin user to access billing information.

Cancel my account

If you want to cancel your account, you need to contact us.

  1. From the main Spotlight screen click Help, then click Raise Support Query.
  2. In the query box, enter the details of your cancellation request.

It may take up to 48 hours before your cancellation request is actioned. Our team will let you know once this is complete.

Please note in order to cancel your subscription you need to provide at least 30 days advance written notice from your billing date.

Note: When you end your subscription to Spotlight Reporting, your account will be deleted soon after. We recommend that you download PDF copies of your reports before you cancel.
